Subject: [PATCH] docs(skill): warn --config must be flat action config

Wrapping --config in {"config":{...}} deploys a silent empty script
(succeeds in ~1ms, result {}). Document the trap + verification recipe
(workflow get --json, nodes[].config.code non-empty).
