feat: 发布 npm 公共包 @inkreach/inkreach-teable

- 包名 @inkreach/teable-cli → @inkreach/inkreach-teable(npm i -g 即装即用)
- bin 路径规范化 ./dist/bin.js → dist/bin.js(npm 11 发布校验要求)
- README / SKILL.md 安装命令改为 npm 包优先,gitea git+ 与离线方式降为备选

已发布:https://www.npmjs.com/package/@inkreach/inkreach-teable (v0.1.0)
验证:tarball 99KB/38 文件,registry 全新安装 → bin/版本/真实端点鉴权全通过
